DELIVERY

We will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon-Fri. Items can be delivered on our next working day service as long as they are ordered before 12.00hours (Mon-Fri)

The normal post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri). If you live in the outback (a far away location) then please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and Interlink Express ( Geo Post )

Orders sent for delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order .

RETURNS

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product . However if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

• You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the web site for a full refund within seven days after the receipt. However. you must take reasonable care of the item/s and must open them. You will be responsible for the delivery costs both to and from your address. to cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.
  
  
• If you have received a faulty or incorrect item. you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to collect and replace the items within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery.
  
  
• Please Note we will only accept the return of opened items if they are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer of the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items.
  
  
• We are not responsible for the claims made in the manufactures information provided.
  
  
• We may deduct delivery and return charges from any refund.
